Information TKO collects

TKO collects the business contact and operating-context information you choose to submit through the contact form, such as your name, business email, organization, role, workflow under pressure, timing, and optional message. The site may also record limited technical attribution such as landing page, referring domain, UTM campaign values, and device category.

How the information is used

TKO uses submitted information to review your request, determine whether a conversation may be appropriate, respond to you, protect the form from abuse, maintain a record of business inquiries, and understand which public content helps prospective buyers. When you submit a valid inquiry, TKO may send you one email acknowledging receipt. TKO does not add you to a marketing list or send recurring email without your separate agreement.

Do not submit sensitive information

Do not submit protected health information, patient identifiers, credentials, personal financial information, confidential client information, or other sensitive data through this website. Appropriately de-identified materials can be discussed only after scope and handling controls are agreed.

Service providers

TKO uses service providers for website hosting and analytics (Vercel), database storage (Neon), and delivery of inquiry notifications and acknowledgments (Resend), with business email handled through Zoho Mail. They process information only to provide those services and are located in the United States. TKO does not sell submitted personal information.

Client engagements

This notice covers the website. When TKO processes contact or business data on a client’s behalf during an engagement, that processing is governed by the client’s written agreement and separate data-processing terms, which name the providers involved, the security measures, and the notification and deletion commitments. Client data is never combined with website inquiry data.

Website measurement

TKO uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to public pages and actions such as viewing an offer, opening email scheduling, and starting an inquiry. Event properties contain page paths, constrained campaign labels, device category, and the action taken. TKO does not include form answers, names, email addresses, or private workspace paths in those event properties. Page URLs sent through this integration exclude query strings and fragments.

Within a browser tab, the site retains the initial public landing path, referring hostname, and constrained campaign labels for up to 30 minutes in session storage so an inquiry can retain its source as you navigate. Inquiry information submitted through the form is stored separately from website analytics. A viewed confirmation page is measured as a page result, not treated as independent proof of a qualified sales opportunity.

Retention and security

TKO retains inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask TKO to correct or delete business contact information, subject to any legal or recordkeeping obligations. You may also choose not to use the form and contact me directly by email without sending sensitive information.
